Which data do we process?

We use the data that you provide and that is necessary for the processing of your order via our website or app. These include your name, your delivery address, your email address, telephone number, language preference, and financial data, such as bank, bank account number and credit card number.

We collect information about what you order. By analyzing these aggregated and individually, we hope to be able to serve you better later and approach you in a more targeted manner.

How long do we keep that data?

Are your data also used for commercial purposes?

If you have given us permission, we can approach you with new products, services, promotions and the like via email, SMS or push messages.

Provision to third parties

Our restaurant will not provide your details to third parties, unless this is necessary in the context of the execution of the agreement. For example, payments via the website are carried out by Multisafepay BV and the information technology is managed by MMS Design. These third parties meet at least the same regulatory requirements as our restaurant and will not process the data differently than for the purpose for which they were obtained.

Social media and other websites

Our website and app may be linked to third party websites, such as Youtube, Twitter or others. Although these external websites are selected with care, we cannot accept any liability for the use of your personal data by those organizations. Therefore, consult the privacy policy of the websites you visit.

How secure is your personal information?

We take all reasonable steps to ensure that your information is properly secured. With the help of technical, physical and organizational measures, the risk of your data being used illegally is reduced to a minimum. This has also been agreed with third parties such as Multisafepay BV (for payments) and MMS Design (for technology management).

What rights do you have?

If you wish to inspect your personal data, or if you wish to change it, you can always make this known to us. You have the right to inspect, correct and delete the data.

You also have the right to data portability, which means that we must be able to hand over your data in a structured and readable form and possibly send it to third parties at your request.

Finally, you have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority if you believe that we are using your data in violation of our policy.
